Key Responsibilities : Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure seamless financial operations. Ensure proper approvals and coding to the correct cost centers for all transactions. Prepare and execute payment runs with precision and speed. Monitor payment schedules and make adjustments as necessary to guarantee timely payments to suppliersmunicate effectively with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies, payment statuses, and general inquiries. Maintain and update supplier information and records with the highest level of accuracy. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Requirements and Qualifications : A professional accounting qualification is highly desirable. Experience in managing supplier-related accounts and payment discrepancies is highly valued. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation is essential. Proficiency in financial software such as Sage, Procure, or Micros, and strong Excel and MS Office skills are required.
