We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to be the voice of Rhino Africa online. You’ll create a dynamic social media presence that highlights our dedication to responsible tourism and conservation. Your role involves developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns that connect our audience to Africa through compelling stories, making our social channels a platform for positive change. This position is about building a digital legacy that reflects the transformative travel experiences we offer. What You’ll Do Develop and execute an annual social media strategy and content calendar that champions Rhino Africa’s commitment to responsible tourism and aligns with our brand bible. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling written and visual content, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across all of Rhino Africa’s social media channels. Engage with our online community by maintaining a fast response time to messages, collaborating with stakeholders for accurate responses, and fostering dialogue that shapes the global conversation on sustainable travel. Produce and present detailed performance reports, using data to implement proactive content and campaign optimisations to improve conversion rates and measure the impact of our responsible tourism content. What We’re Looking For A Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Communications. A minimum of 3 years experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing. Specialised knowledge and experience with the Meta Suite, including Meta Ads and social platforms. A reliable, creative, hard‑working and enthusiastic individual. Why Join Us?
