We are looking for a REMOTE Social Media Specialist to join our team. Someone who is experienced with social media, passionate about marketing and who can work seamlessly within a busy and dynamic structure.

**A little about us**:we are a marketing agency specialising in growing brands, finding business leads and increasing networks for interior designers and other specialists in the industry.
We provide a very high level of customer service with a focus on innovation and creativity. Our portfolio consists of a number of small luxury brands, with both product and service-based clients.

**Basic duties**

This list is not exhaustive but covers the day-to-day role within the team.
- Weekly duties - updating reports and statistics
- Monthly tasks - creating content plans in line with the overall brand strategy, creation of all media associated with the content plan
- Ad Hoc tasks - brand strategy updates, analysis of reporting and strategy adjustment, filming briefs, content ideation

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience with Instagram - familiar with posting/creating via your phone, how the algorithms work, and how to use the full functionality of Instagram i.e. music, adding stickers, polls etc
- Experience in other social media channels like LinkedIn is advantageous
- A high level of spoken and written English and professional communication skills
- Experience with high-level customer service
- The ability to think creatively and find solutions for client challenges
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience working with social media accounts, with a proven portfolio and examples to share with us
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with AgoraPulse and Asana would be advantageous

This role is fully remote and we work during UK business hours. You need to have a laptop, headset and stable internet connection, with access to backup power during load shedding.
