At Bosch Holdings (Pty) Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining project-specific master contracts, as well as generating project enquiry documents and RFQs.
  • They will also be involved in general day-to-day contract management, assessment of claims, and generation of project reports.
  • Strong experience in FIDIC contracts compilation and administration is essential, with a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in senior contract administration/commercial roles.

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the project team, including engineers and managers, to ensure that all contracts are managed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Setting up and maintaining project-specific master contracts.
  2. Generating project enquiry documents and RFQs.
  3. General day-to-day contract management and assessment of claims.
  4. Generation of project reports.
  5. Reporting commercial risk issues to the project team.
  6. Processing contractor claims/invoices and maintaining contract administration schedules.
  7. Following and complying with company, project, and project controls function procedures and techniques.
  8. Assisting in preparing contract change notices, monitoring contract performance, including reporting and status contractor and owner deliverables.
  9. Assisting in adjudication of all prepared quotations.
  10. Maintaining an audit file for each contract.
