Key Responsibilities: Client Relationships / Loyalty Identify and grow the members club & Build relationships across the group. Enhance their overall experience and drive more sales. Align with group growth strategies and guest experience projects. Marketing / Communications Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions Analyse databases for better communication and alignment with CRM systems in the direct channel. Keep members informed through newsletters, emails, and personalized updates. Strategy / Sales Plan and execute events that align with members interests Identify and implement new initiatives to increase member engagement Coordinate and execute effective onboarding processes for new members, ensuring a seamless transition into our community. Strong understanding of Wilderness rates and tiers is an advantage Knowledge of best practices in working with direct clients is advantageous.
