Client Growth Specialist (JB5088)

Fully Remote (Suitable for candidates based in South African Only)

R20 000 to R25 000 a month + Commission

A company that develops software tools that help Accounting and Finance Professionals save time, boost productivity, and improve accuracy, are looking for a dedicated Client growth Specialist to join their Team. Their flagship product, is an Excel plug-in that speeds up tasks by 90%, enhancing quality, standardization, and compliance. It automates data formatting, sampling, testing, and analytics, integrating seamlessly with any software. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven professional with a passion for technology and finance, a proven sales track record, and experience with accountancy firms. This role focuses on introducing the product to professionals, showcasing its impact, and driving user growth and revenue

Minimum Requirements:

Strong background in SaaS sales and customer engagement

CRM experience (preferably Zoho)

Knowledge of Accounting and Audit workflows

5+ years of commercial experience

Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams)

Social media literate

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail

Ambitious, goal-driven, and competitive mindset

Motivated by sales success and client acquisition

Creative, innovative, and confident

Resilient, adaptable, and open to feedback

Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable

Ability to prioritize key tasks and work independently

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business within Accounting and Audit firms

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Present and demo The Audit Toolbar, showcasing workflow improvements

Maintain sales activity levels and nurture leads via Zoho CRM

Negotiate, close deals, and exceed sales targets

Ensure seamless user sign-ups through the automated platform

Collaborate with Client Success & Finance Teams for a smooth sales handoff

Work with Client & Revenue Growth Teams to refine sales strategies

Provide market insights to management for sales optimization

Develop and maintain a target audience database

Create and update sales assets and toolbox to support sales growth

Manage workflow and reporting via Zoho CRM

Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts to track progress

Support product demos alongside Founders and develop demo expertise

Conduct proactive digital sales outreach to accounting & audit firms

Maintain activity quotas to meet personal sales targets
