In this role, you will be required to implement appropriate designs for databases, data warehouses, marts, reports, and dashboards To work for this team with a strong national footprint and a commitment to long-term value creation, empowering both clients and employees to grow with confidence, APPLY NOW Skills Required : At least 5 years experience as a database administrator Matric plus applicable tertiary equivalent experience or preferably, an ICT-relevant diploma or degree from a recognised tertiary institution Relevant technical certifications Cloud database experience Able to consult on data architecture and assess the impact of project changes to data architecture Experience working with SQL Server 2016 and 2019 as a database administrator Design and development of MS SQL Server databases (DB design, optimization, tuning, ETL, stored procedures, triggers, and views) MCDBA certification advantageous SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) beneficial Must have Microsoft SQL Always On practical experience Competencies required : Interpersonal skills Communication / presentation skills (verbal and written) Troubleshooting and strong resolution skills Achievement / Results orientated Team Player Analytical skills Reference Number for this position is MAT59890 which is a permanent position based in Johannesburg offering a cost to company salary of up to R750k per annum #J-18808-Ljbffr
