Duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide full secretarial support to all professionals
  • Assist professionals in preparing legal documents, including typing and amending legal documents with tracked changes, cross-referencing and formatting

  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents, including electronic document management

  • Assist with draft invoices month end by collecting matter codes, printing of draft invoices, ensuring draft invoices are checked and forward the approved draft invoices to accounts department

  • PERSONAL ASSISTANT DUTIES:
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Calendar and diary management
  • Booking travel, meetings and accommodation for partner
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and internal staff
  • MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
  • Coordinate proposal and quotation as and when required
  • Coordinate bid production activities for prequalification questionnaires
  • Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within defined timeframes
  • Binding and preparation of proposals
  • Managing, reviewing, and updating bid library content, liaising with the Marketing team to help create and update bid CVs; proposals, company profiles, presentations, deal sheets, and case studies where necessary
  • Reading and understanding client bid documentation, deadlines, and submission requirements
  • Ensure best practice and adherence to existing bid procedures, governance, and processes
