How you’ll make an impact Xero’s Partner Channel is exciting, working in partnership with Accountants and BookKeepers to help them and their small business clients become more successful. We do this by leveraging Xero’s products and services to free up time and provide greater insight into their financial situation. The Manager, Partner Sales is responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating (Senior) Account Executives who work with Xero’s Partners. They help these partners achieve their sales targets and guide them through their digital adoption journey, adding value and providing consultation. What you’ll do Ensure your team is engaged, focused on delivering outstanding Partner experiences, and meeting their targets. Guide, coach, and develop the team to do their best work, encouraging intuitive thinking to overcome challenges. Align with our sales enablement program to ensure continuous skill development. Maintain activity targets with the portfolio of partners and develop clear account plans. Stay informed about our Partners, including buyer trends, feedback, competitor activity, acquisition opportunities, and potential roadblocks, and advise the broader Xero team accordingly. What you’ll bring with you Proven leadership experience managing sales teams across multiple locations. Strong understanding of the accounting and bookkeeping industry, or relevant industry experience. Experience using CRM and sales tools. Comprehensive people management skills, including performance management, professional development, coaching, and career progression. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire teams. A passion for coaching, talent development, and providing constructive feedback. A strong work ethic and positive attitude. Willingness to travel to meet with teams and partners in multiple locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
