We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and contribute to sales growth initiatives. Build knowledge of the market, customer environment, strategies, brands, markets and consumer insights through available sources. Drive sustainable profitable sales and market share growth by identifying customers' needs, opportunities and risks. Build long‑term customer relationships, lead, execute activities, and deliver solutions aligned with corporate strategy. Develop understanding of customer decision‑making criteria. Collaborate with colleagues to understand customer regulatory requirements and changes. Lead strategic commercial negotiations (annual pricing, payment terms, rebate / cost savings, supply agreements). Communicate account plans and engage internal stakeholders. Manage reactive and proactive customer project pipelines including country studies and consumer studies. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the fragrance industry. Experience working with international, cross‑cultural and cross‑functional teams. Open‑minded, highly agile and courageous. Ability to deliver in a fast‑paced environment under pressure. Commercial mindset, bottom‑line oriented. Team player who can motivate others toward common goals and achieve results. Excellent influencing skills across all levels within the organization.
