Responsibilities Developing and delivering performance marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Managing campaigns across digital channels including social media, DSPs, ad networks, and app stores. Collaborating with creative and development teams to produce standout content and assets tailored to target audiences. Monitoring and optimising key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, ROI, and spend efficiency. Conducting A/B and multivariate tests to identify high‑performing strategies and improve conversion rates. Managing and mentoring a dynamic marketing team to achieve objectives and elevate performance. Working closely with senior leadership to align budgets, priorities, and campaign goals. Researching and testing innovative acquisition channels and emerging platforms in regulated markets. Staying ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a winning edge. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally within sports betting, gaming, or mobile app environments. 3+ years’ proven track record leading or managing high‑performing marketing teams. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, metrics, and optimisation techniques. Hands‑on experience in media buying and campaign performance analysis. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
