Growth Forecasting and planning of resources requirements (people and equipment) Forecast and planning of warehousing space allocations requirements to support DC throughput growth Forecast and planning of Service Provider (3PL) requirement to support DC throughput growth Optimisation Initiation and execution of DC resources optimization initiative Optimising warehousing operations (materials Handling) Continuous evaluation of distribution processes and identification of opportunities for improvement Execution of policies and standards pertaining to materials handling and ensuring compliance to safety standards Leveraging Culture & Diversity Set performance expectations provide guidance and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations Responsible for relationship management with stakeholders and ensures adherence to service level agreement Digital Transformation Leveraging advanced system technologies to enhance the efficiency of the DC Monitoring of system service provider support Maintaining accurate inventory records and executing inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses Transportation / Logistics jobs #J-18808-Ljbffr
