Reference: 10798 CM Consultant: Christa Mostert Stock and Inventory Management Perform daily checks on inventory levels and monitor stock movements. Manage inbound and outbound stock replenishment processes, accounting for sales forecast. Capture all purchase orders from supplier and in timely manner supply transporters of incoming stock. Receive PODs from satellite warehouses, transfer goods in transit to warehouse, and follow up on shortages/overages. Arrange Shoprite/PNP booking slots and confirm delivery slots with transporter. Logistics Management Plan transport for stock deliveries between farms, warehouses, and clients. Liaise with drivers, dispatch teams, and external service providers to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor transport schedules and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders. Handle all delivery, PO, and invoice queries. Maintain a central record of all logistics activities, including dispatch notes, delivery confirmations, and vehicle logs. Samples and Special Stock Handling Capture all samples for LCM (Sales) in satellite warehouses. Manage the movement, availability, and documentation of samples. Communicate sample stock information and delivery logistics to relevant departments. Maintain accurate records of all sample allocations and returns. Reporting and Administration Compile and submit logistics and stock movement reports as required. Maintain accurate and organised filing systems for delivery, stock, and transport records. Provide support to management during audits or stock reviews related to logistics. Qualifications Diploma or Equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management. Min of 3 – 5 years’ experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management or related. Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse management processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or stock management systems (Palladium advantageous).
