Exports Manager - Boksburg Export Manager Qualification Matric Export related Qualification Requirements 10 Years experience in a similar environment (process engineering, industrial equipment manufacturing, etc.), including 5 years experience in a managerial role Displays in-depth knowledge of all export related functions and understanding of incoterms and risk management as it relates to exports Stay abreast of current developments and trends in all rules and regulations related to exports Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook) and JDE Duties Training on Export risk management is provided to Business Units as required Support and advice is provided to internal and external customers when necessary Export problems are identified and investigated when they occur and solutions provided Export procedures are prepared and updated within the company when necessary Rates are negotiated with suppliers as per company policy Supplier performance is monitored as per SLA Business Unit budget is prepared annually based on recent industry trends and planned activities Expenditure is monitored, controlled and updated monthly Compliance with relevant legal and statutory requirements is ensured as well as sound corporate governance Output of exports personnel is monitored to ensure that export procedures meet company's quality standards Risk is managed as per company policy, as well as legal and statutory requirements Manpower capabilities for the department are planned, selected and developed Key personnel are identified and retained Company HR and Disciplinary policy is adhered to Work is prioritised and objectives set and assigned to suitable personnel Training records of staff are maintained at all times For more information please contact : Leonie Ashton #J-18808-Ljbffr
