Lebone Paarl Labels, based in Paarl, is currently seeking an independent and motivated individual to take up the role of Accounts Executive in its Sales and Marketing team. Job Purpose The Accounts Executive will be responsible for all customer service interaction and communication including the coordination of all orders between the customers and the production team from placement of order through to dispatch. Key Areas of Responsibility Ensure client retention to achieve business targets. Build strong client relationships and client satisfaction. Provide account management services and proactive communication to all clients. Manage jobs to ensure efficient workflow. Manage, cultivate, and support healthy working relationships between departments. Ensure seamless information flow and relationships with clients. Provide solutions to clients based on market and industry segments they operate in. Skills and Competencies Strong interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem solving. Planning and organising. Requirements Grade 12 school qualification with mathematics. At least 3 years related work experience. Relevant working experience as an Accounts Executive would be advantageous. Experience in the printing environment is advantageous.
