This is a working position— the successful applicant will lead by example on the workshop floor. Key Responsibilities Take an active, hands‑on role in daily welding and fabrication work. Supervise and coordinate the fabrication team to meet quality and production goals. Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency. Provide practical guidance, training, and support to team members. Work closely with management to improve workflow and productivity. Requirements Strong welding and sheet metal fabrication skills (MIG / TIG essential). Proven ability to lead a team through practical, on‑the‑floor involvement.
