Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR)Prepare and issue client invoices (progress billings, commercial invoices, and ad‑hoc project‑related billing). Manage debtor collections through proactive communication and follow‑ups. Monitor and reconcile client accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with internal teams on invoicing and client account management. Manage client onboarding and ensure accurate setup in accounting systems. Accounts Payable (AP)Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and delivery notes. Execute and reconcile supplier payments via EFT batches and maintain vendor relationships. Perform bi‑monthly creditor reconciliations and resolve supplier queries. Manage vendor vetting and new supplier onboarding processes. General Finance SupportAssist with month‑end close processes including accruals, deferred revenue, and reconciliations. Maintain audit‑ready records and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Support process improvements and system integrations (Xero, ApprovalMax, automation tools).
