Our client, a well‑established retail business, is looking for a Store Floor Supervisor to join their team. In this full‑time role, you’ll oversee the daily functioning of the store, manage the in‑store team, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver excellent service to customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO Supervise and support internal sales staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the branch runs efficiently and professionally Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and customer‑ready store environment Assist customers with product selection and provide advice on product applications Handle quotations, sales orders, refunds, and customer queries accurately and promptly Manage stock levels, monitor shortages, and conduct regular stock counts and stock takes Assist with branch administration including GRNs, GRVs, invoicing, cash‑ups, and documentation to Head Office Support debtors and creditors reconciliations and manage daily admin functions Ensure staff are trained on systems, procedures, and product knowledge Enforce health, safety, and operational standards within the store WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 5 years’ administration experience in a retail or sales environment Minimum 5 years’ supervisory or team leadership experience Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (fluent in English) Computer literate (MS Office) Valid driver’s license Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven KEY ATTRIBUTES Leadership and people management skills Positive, proactive, and hands‑on attitude Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills Able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment If you’re a confident leader with strong sales and admin skills, ready to take charge of a dynamic retail environment – we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
