This role ensures equipment reliability, safe operations, and compliance with all health and safety standards, while leading a team of electricians and apprentices to meet production demands. Requirements: Matric and N6 in Electrical or equivalent qualification. Qualified Trade Tested Electrician. Minimum 5 years’ experience in plant/factory maintenance, with supervisory experience. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CMMS systems. Valid driver’s license. Skills & Competencies: Strong electrical aptitude with basic mechanical knowledge. Proficient troubleshooting skills (e.g., 5WHY, Cause and Effect). Ability to adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Experience with purchasing and stores management.
