The following Senior position has become available at Bidvest Vericon Outsourcing : Position: Administrator Location: Shoprite DC Basson, Cape Town This role reports directly : Services Manager The Suitable candidate will meet the criteria below; Behavioural competency requirements : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information Highly organized, self-motivated and disciplined Proactive and able to work independently Technical competency requirements : Bilingual (advantageous) Experience in warehouse administration or logistics Familiarity with payroll, HR documentation, and reporting Understanding of health, safety, and environmental risks Key Performance Areas : Compile and verify daily operational figures and reports Maintain picker error reports and disciplinary records Process and file incident reports, training registers, and warning forms Update employee files, PA forms, and termination trackers Submit monthly wages dashboards and assist with payroll queries Capture polygraph results, training data, and QAR reports Handle stationery orders and ensure timely replenishment Support the Site Manager with administrative tasks and reporting Ensure compliance with SOPs and document management standards Update reports and trackers on One Drive Respond to employee queries and manage detail change Qualifications : Matric / Grade 12 Minimum 5 years' warehouse / logistics' and inventory management experience Relevant qualifications for warehouse management as well as Six Sigma and SHERQ. Own transport with Code 8 (B) license Additional Information : Weekend work and after hours work in an operational position might be required.
