This is your opportunity to lead performance reporting that directly influences executive action business transformation and shareholder value. Responsibilities Lead the preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly financial performance reports (excluding statutory accounting) providing variance analysis insights and recommended actions Identify and communicate key financial risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making and business performance Ensure accurate timely distribution of performance metrics and manage financial submissions to WW and Absa in line with reporting deadlines Drive revenue growth and cost optimisation initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams delivering measurable financial improvements Present financial results trends and actionable insights to senior leadership shareholders and other key stakeholders Continuously improve financial processes and reporting practices leading change initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation Manage and develop a high-performing finance team overseeing recruitment performance management development planning and achievement of Employment Equity targets Provide mentorship and resolve staff issues effectively ensuring a positive and productive team environment Qualifications CIMA or CA(SA) preferred Minimum 5 years in a financial performance and planning role Minimum 2-3 years in management positions A relevant Finance or Accounting degree PA(SA) designation (Even better) CIMA is such a benefit Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
