Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Retail Store Manager role located in Midrand. The Retail Store Manager reports to the franchisee, business owner and oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. Managing staff Implementing store policies Driving sales Managing trades and preventing loss The role requires close collaboration with team members to meet organisational objectives and deliver outstanding service to customers. In‑depth training will be provided into this environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for all store visitors. Effective communication skills for engaging with customers, staff and stakeholders professionally and collaboratively. Proficiency in store management for operational efficiency, including sales tracking and team supervision. Experience in retail loss prevention to minimise risks and protect store assets effectively. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a productive and supportive work environment. Prior experience in retail, franchise operations or a related field is an advantage. Relevant qualifications in Business Management, Retail or ancillary disciplines are advantageous.
