Job Summary American Express is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Virtual Customer Care team. As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued card members, providing exceptional support through inbound calls, chat, and email. This remote role offers you the flexibility to work from home while delivering outstanding service that reflects the high standards of the American Express brand. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, account details, and transactions. Resolve customer concerns by offering effective solutions that align with company policies. Assist card members with billing questions, payment processing, and account management. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to escalation and resolve complex issues. Meet performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate empathy in customer interactions. Comfortable using multiple computer applications and digital tools simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment, is an advantage. Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. Working Hours Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts available.
