We're proud to share our story and Make Amazing Happen at CDW.In this Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will be the recruiting and talent champion for CDW UK, EMEA, and APAC.Acting as a hands‑on recruitment partner and strategic advisor, you will be responsible for the full‑cycle recruitment process and must possess the ability to manage multiple requisitions, while also demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and creativity in your approach to sourcing roles.You will lead by example and coach hiring managers on the best practices related to talent assessment and selection. Success Measures The hard‑working relationship‑builder we seek is an experienced business partner with recruitment and end‑to‑end hiring process expertise. Must have: Proven full lifecycle recruiting experience within a large global, and matrixed organization. Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, driving candidate pipelines using search engines, deep‑web Boolean searching, technical social networks, etc. Knowledge of applicable laws, policies and practices related to recruitment. Ability to communicate effectively, managing senior stakeholder relationships with proven influencing skills. Ability to analyze and interpret applicant data, to develop criteria for candidate selection and make hiring recommendations. Demonstrated skill in prioritizing multiple responsibilities, tasks and projects simultaneously including ability to shift priorities and question the status‑quo. Self‑starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized and proactive. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Role Responsibilities Be the point‑person for CDW in all things recruitment, developing sourcing plans, internal and external talent solutions, and working with internal talent acquisition coworkers and external vendor partners to develop and implement recruiting solutions. Build trust and relationships with hiring managers and help meet the talent demands of the business; review CVs, prescreen candidates, manage all communications with candidates during the hiring process, lead feedback sessions with interview teams, maintain accurate documentation for all searches, and provide regular reporting to the business. Help continue to build out and improve upon our recruitment and onboarding tools, systems, and processes. Relationship‑manage, and evaluate staffing agency vendors, holding vendors accountable for high‑quality submittals, timely and efficient communication, process adherence, and resolving any issues. Be the liaison internally with other departments like HR, IT, Legal and Finance to make hiring happen. Proactively communicate on recruitment activity, successes, and challenges with hiring teams and leaders. We make technology work so people can do great things.
