We are a packaging company providing the beverage, food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries with a one-stop shop for all required packaging products. We are officially based in Modderfontein area in Gauteng as well as Ndabeni in Western Cape and we are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist at both branches. Duties & Responsibilities Creates Sales in the K8 system. Provide constant communication with customers and procurement to ensure accurate information is supplied to meet the customers' expectations. Responds to customers by answering stock queries via email or telephone in a professional manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Proactively seek new business opportunities. Support and grow sales to your accounts. Desire to learn and understand basic product specifications. Sends relevant requested documentation to customers (e.g. Order confirmations, Quotations, Proforma, Invoices, etc.). Is proactive and follows up on order status to keep the customer informed. Basic business acumen skills. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a start-up vibe. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Requirement of 2 Years experience in sales - In packaging industry would be advantageous. Good communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and sense of urgency to complete tasks and self-management. Grade 12 / Matric is a must. K8 knowledge would be advantageous.
