Workplace Technology Engineer II We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist (End User Computing) to join our cross‑functional DevOps Workplace team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost‑effective infrastructure solutions that support 18,000 users and 26,000 devices across our head office and branch network. You will work closely with architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory/Entra ID, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. This role offers hands‑on technical work as well as the opportunity to contribute to architectural planning and innovation. Our ideal candidate has A relevant IT qualification (degree or certifications in Microsoft, Azure or AWS). 5+ years’ experience in enterprise end‑user computing, covering design, build and support. Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Active Directory/Entra ID. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) for device management and identity services. Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance and automation (PowerShell, Bash or Python). Ability to work in large‑scale, multi‑site environments with thousands of users and devices.
