Senior Verification Analyst Location : Woodmead, Johannesburg Sector : B-BBEE Verification Agency About the Role We are recruiting for a leading B-BBEE Verification Agency that is seeking an experienced Senior Verification Analyst. Qualifications & Experience BCom Accounting Degree, National Diploma in Accounting, or similar qualification. B-BBEE Management Development Programme (MDP) advantageous. Strong knowledge of the Amended B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice and all sector codes. Experience with SANAS onsite witnessing. 3–5 years' experience in a senior management role within B-BBEE verification. Key Duties & Responsibilities Collate and file client evidence documents accurately. Conduct verifications in compliance with the Verification Process Manual. Verify complex ownership structures. Convey B-BBEE knowledge to clients during pre‑site meetings in line with the Codes of Good Practice or sector codes. Verify validity and reliability of client evidence through onsite visits.Prepare and submit client files with scores and supporting evidence to the Verification Manager. Conduct first reviews of junior analyst files. Train and mentor junior analysts. Stay updated on B‑BBEE developments and communicate changes to the team. Strong ability to calculate manually. Excellent understanding of Mantis software. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at executive level. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong knowledge of SANAS R47. Ability to work independently and within a team. Professional, ethical, and quality‑driven. Why Join?
