Were looking for a Senior Payroll & BEE Analyst to run end-to-end payroll operations for our South African entities support third-party contractor payments in the UAE and lead our BBBEE administrative processes. Youll ensure statutory compliance reconcile payroll data prepare SARS submissions and drive audit readiness across payroll and BBBEE. If youre experienced in South African payroll employment equity and BBBEE administrationand love partnering with Finance and HR in a global remote settingthis is your opportunity to make a measurable impact. What you get to do: Manage monthly payroll processing across multiple South African legal entities ensuring accurate and on-time salary payments deductions overtime and tax submissions Reconcile payroll data with the general ledger resolve discrepancies and maintain audit-ready records Prepare and submit EMP201 and EMP501 returns in full compliance with SARS requirements Collect validate and maintain BBBEE evidence packs support verification audits and manage certificate validity Support Finance with month-end close headcount expense forecasting and payroll-related analysis Coordinate employment equity COIDA StatsSA and other regulatory submissions as needed Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll and headcount reports for leadership including variance analysis and KPIs Maintain payroll system hygiene and employee data integrity managing consents and addressing discrepancies Provide documentation and responses for internal and external audits covering both payroll and BBBEE What you can look forward to: At Paymentology its not just about building great
