About the job Business Development Executive We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development /Sales Executive in the IT / Tech / Fintech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions. Present, promote, and sell IT products/services (e.g., software, hardware, etc.). Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management Requirements: Proven experience in IT or technology sales (software, hardware, etc.). Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
