We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Update and maintain warehouse management systems and databases.
Assist with inventory control and stock management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipments and deliveries.
Perform regular audits of warehouse records to ensure accuracy.
Support the warehouse manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Admin, Warehouse Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Matric (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent.
Experience in inventory management or logistics (preferred).
