Introduction We're urgently seeking an experienced SAGE VIP Wage & Payroll Administrator - 6 months - possibility to perm Contract - East Rand (Gauteng). The Payroll Administrator is responsible for planning, organization and coordination of the company’s payroll and HR function. Duties & Responsibilities End to end processing of company payroll for wage staff. Collate payroll information , process, produce reports and file accordingly. Prepare and remit monthly contributions. Prepare all payroll related reports for the manager. Input new employees and terminations on system, as well as changes to information. Run month end processes. Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports. Work closely with Group Human Resources. Prepare and maintain accurate records. Year-end processing and reconciliation including payment summaries. Ad hoc HR and Payroll matters. Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the company’s integrated management systems. Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct manager. Desired Experience & Qualification Matric/Grade 12. Business Accounting, or a related field preferred. MUST have 3 years’ experience of working with SAGE VIP Software. MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED, and provide Proof. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus. Candidates from East Rand will be 1st preference. Package & Remuneration Salary: R15 000 - R25 000 per month (based on experience). Contract: 6 months - possibility to perm (non-negotiable).
