- The Rental Agent will be responsible for sourcing landlords in buildings that are under the company's management and build a relationship with them, ultimately increasing sales and rental opportunities.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Grow the portfolio by increasing rental stock
Increase rentals in managed buildings by securing mandates
Maintain and handle all rental contracts and agreements
Maintain customer rental files, fees, and payments
Lease Renewals
Account queries (Be able to read statements)
Manage Vacating tenants and moving tenants in
- **Inherent Requirements**
- Requirements:
- Senior Certificate and must be registered as an Intern agent at the EAAB- Previous rental experience advantageous- Administration experience required- Fast learner- Must be fully computer literate - (Excel/Word/MS Office/Pastel)- Previous experience on Fintrac advantageous- Experience on Pastel Evolution advantageous- Experience with Red Rabbit Inspection program advantageous- TPN knowledge- Skills and Attributes:
- Energetic- Excellent communication skills- Keen sense of marketing and the market- Proven organizational and administration skills (Verbal and Written)- Able to perform under pressure- Customer service orientated- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Responsible, accountable, and dedicated- Be able to work independently- Well-spoken and presentable- Must be able to communicate at any level and working within a fastpaced environment- Specific Requirements:
- Own transport and driver’s license essential- Must reside on the East Rand of Gauteng- Clear health record- Clear credit record- No criminal record- Please note that this position requires the employee to work alternative Saturday's- Basic salary plus commission structure**What Qualification**
