Duties & Responsibilities Data Entry & Document Administration Enter, update, and maintain information across internal systems, including the CRM and Google Drive shared folders. Prepare client quotes, personal info and other high level infomation with a high level of accuracy. Keep client lists updated. Communication & Coordination Communicate with insurers to action policy changes as directed by brokers. Support effective communication between brokers and clients to ensure smooth and professional interactions. Reporting & Record Maintenance Assist with the preparation of reports and schedules, ensuring data is correct and neatly presented. Organise and maintain digital and physical client files for compliance and quick retrieval. >General Administrative Support Provide assistance to management and colleagues with additional tasks when needed, demonstrating initiative and teamwork. Take part in relevant training to stay informed about industry requirements and maintain accreditation.
