Role Summary The Outbound Sales Agent will be required to make outbound sales calls, maintain thorough knowledge of products, take payments, and process orders. In addition, they must share information on the company’s portfolio. The lead is then handed over to the online Sales Consultant/Product Expert for processing. The target is to build a customer relationship by contacting existing customers regularly depending on marketing campaigns and to cultivate new clients through proactive customer service and lead generation. If you’re ready to belong to an “open mindset” work culture that promotes continuous learning and improvement, prioritizes service excellence, values individuals, and celebrates the people who light up our world, apply now and show us how you’ll shine Qualifications Minimum: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 Advantageous: Financial accreditation Advantageous: Post high school certification or training in sales or customer experience Advantageous: Contact centre and customer service qualification Experience Minimum 1 year lead‑and sales experience. Experience with live chat would be advantageous. Background in customer service, relationship management, cross‑selling, upselling, quote and customer acquisition Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of email, voice and data communication Competent in all Microsoft products – e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of social media platforms Knowledge/experience with live chat advantageous Solid knowledge of the automotive industry (advantageous) Good business writing‑ & typing skills Good use of the English language – for all communication Negotiation, persuasion and multitasking skills Strong commercial skills and finance acumen Excellent time management skills Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment Responsibilities Lead generation, validation and follow up through campaign calls. Create interest with clients and assess prospective clients. Responsible for continuous communication with the customer until vehicle handover. Call prospective buyers and do bookings via various channels. Calling potential buyers and update ratings and feedback. Achieve SLA’s, maintain large datasets and provide data reporting.
