Employer Description Our client specialises in industrial automation solutions Job Description You will be responsible for the following: Promote and sell 6-axis catalogue-based robots and associated equipment and CTI PLC products, modules, and automation accessories Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned to company targets Identify, qualify, and secure new customers across manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, packaging, engineering, and industrial sectors. Conduct on-site customer needs analysis to recommend appropriate robot models and configurations Drive end-to-end sales cycles from enquiry to closing orders Customer Engagement & Account Management Frequent customer site visits to factories, workshops, integrator facilities Office + field-based role (approx. 50%70% travel). Qualifications National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering Additional sales, automation, or robotics training is advantageous Skills 5+ years experience selling technical/industrial equipment (preferably robots, automation systems, CNC, or electromechanical machinery) Hands-on experience with robotics, automation, or system integration is a strong advantage Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Experience with catalogue-based product sales highly beneficial Benefits Car allowance / company vehicle Fuel card Tools of trade (laptop, phone) Commission
