Turn-Key Industrial Automation Sales Manager to run the Sales Teams Permanent Position | Based in Gauteng Must be willing to relocate near the Company - essential Must have a Matric - essential Must have relevant Degrees of Diploma’s or Certificates in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation (preferred) or Sales Must have a Driver’s License – essential Will need to start work immediately preferably in November and December in 2025 and January 2026 and then going forward in 2026 Must have gained 2-5+ years’ experience in the Turn-Key Industrial Automation Engineering Industry as a Sales Manager overseeing Sales Representatives. Strong knowledge and experience doing Sales for the Industrial engineering sectors, automotive, Mining, FMCG, Manufacturing, Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water), and related engineering industries etc. Experience in the Industrial Automation Engineering Industry e.g.: selling metal fabrication services, or selling machine shop services, or Selling 6-Axis Robots (for full 3D motion for welding, painting, and assembling) Or selling Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s for hardware and Software) Must have gained experience overseeing the Sales Team and Sales Representatives. Must be prepared to travel to existing and new External Clients/ Customers to bring in Sales. • Must have experience doing presentations for the external Customer on products requested and closing deals. • Proven track record of meeting sales targets. • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet clients’ specific needs. • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. • Effectively communicating the value proposition of the company. Monthly salary to be discussed (** Salary package is dependent on skills, Qualifications and years of experience regarding this Vacancy only**) + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus – Commission to be discussed. Please note there is a Pension Scheme which will be taken off your Net Salary, which is not negotiable. NB :The company does not pay half of the pension at all
