Employer DescriptionOur client specialises in industrial automation solutionsJob DescriptionYou will be responsible for the following:Promote and sell 6-axis catalogue-based robots and associated equipment and CTI PLC products, modules, and automation accessoriesDevelop and execute a territory sales plan aligned to company targetsIdentify, qualify, and secure new customers across manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, packaging, engineering, and industrial sectors.Conduct on-site customer needs analysis to recommend appropriate robot models and configurationsDrive end-to-end sales cycles from enquiry to closing ordersCustomer Engagement & Account ManagementFrequent customer site visits to factories, workshops, integrator facilitiesOffice + field-based role (approx. 50%70% travel). QualificationsNational Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical EngineeringAdditional sales, automation, or robotics training is advantageousSkills5+ years experience selling technical/industrial equipment (preferably robots, automation systems, CNC, or electromechanical machinery)Hands-on experience with robotics, automation, or system integration is a strong advantageProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience with catalogue-based product sales highly beneficialBenefitsCar allowance / company vehicleFuel cardTools of trade (laptop, phone)Commission
