Overview Full bookkeeping function to balance sheet. Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers. Prepare and process journals, reconciliations, and adjustments. Perform monthly bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare VAT, PAYE, and other statutory submissions. Assist with management accounts and financial reporting. Support the year-end audit process with accurate documentation. Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data flow. Qualifications Bookkeeping/accounting diploma or equivalent qualification (advantageous). Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications. Criteria Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with at least 5 years at a senior level. Solid knowledge of accounting principles up to balance sheet. Proficiency in Pastel or QuickBooks Strong Excel skills and computer literacy. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
