What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full bookkeeping function from transactions to month-end reports.

  • Overseeing bank, cash book, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations.

  • Handling creditors and debtors, including billing, invoicing, and payment cycles.

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.

  • Maintaining fixed asset registers and preparing for audits.

  • Guiding junior finance staff and stepping in when needed to keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 5–10 years' solid bookkeeping/accounting experience to trial balance.

  • End-to-end accounting expertise including reconciliations, reporting, and cash flow.

  • Meticulous, reliable, and calm under pressure – you get things done right the first time.
