About the Roll A well- established and reputable dealership in Heidelberg is seeking a Senior Vehicle Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, with strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, while contributing to the continued success and growth of the dealership.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and test drives Manage the full sales process from inquiry to delivery Provide exceptional after-sales support and customer care Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activity Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 35 years of proven vehicle sales experience (new and/or pre-owned) Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Valid Code 8 drivers license Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Automotive dealership experience is essential What We Offer: Competitive basic salary plus commission structure Opportunity to work with a respected dealership brand Supportive and professional working environment Career growth and development opportunities
