About the RollA well- established and reputable dealership in Heidelberg is seeking a Senior Vehicle Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, with strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, while contributing to the continued success and growth of the dealership.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clientsIdentify, develop, and close new sales opportunitiesAchieve individual and team sales targets consistentlyConduct thorough vehicle presentations and test drivesManage the full sales process from inquiry to deliveryProvide exceptional after-sales support and customer careKeep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activityMinimum Requirements:Minimum of 35 years of proven vehicle sales experience (new and/or pre-owned)Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsValid Code 8 drivers licenseAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAutomotive dealership experience is essentialWhat We Offer:Competitive basic salary plus commission structureOpportunity to work with a respected dealership brandSupportive and professional working environmentCareer growth and development opportunities
