Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and acting as a consultant on the projects or applications. With little supervision, elicit, gather, analyse, document, validate and communicate business requirements (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria) Write clear and concise user stories, epics, and features aligned with the INVEST principles to support effective agile development. Collaborate with the business to build and maintain a well-prioritized backlog, ensuring delivery teams have a continuous flow of valuable work. Conduct in-depth product analysis by developing strong knowledge of the existing product and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Your expertise: At least 7 years’ experience in Business Analysis across a software development environment. eCommerce Experience: Proven track record working in online and digital environments, specifically within consumer-facing platforms (iOS, Android, Web). Digital Product Understanding: Strong grasp of online customer journeys, product listing and detail pages (PLP/PDP), promotions, cart/checkout flows, and end-to-end order lifecycle. Payment Gateway Knowledge: Experience in scoping and analysing payment integrations, understanding of gateway providers, fraud management features, and PCI compliance considerations. API Knowledge: Ability to understand and document API specifications, perform API testing, and work closely with developers to ensure correct integration and data flow across systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across squads including developers, product owners, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders.
