Senior Business Analyst CdP-2A is a prominent player in the wine industry, operating within South Africa and exclusive importers for selected French champagne labels, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Cape Town. Responsibilities Act as Project Manager / Leader / Business Analyst for the implementation of software products and solutions. Establish Business Analysis and Project process methodologies within the IS Department and broader business. Work closely with the software development team to leverage technology for delivering services and solutions. Drive continuous improvement of business processes, solutions, and efficiencies. Research, document, and deliver solution design that supports business objectives. Collaborate with various departments to align project deliverables and requirements. Coordinate project activity, ensuring deliverables meet scope and are delivered on time. Oversee testing and coordination to ensure solution accuracy and quality. Develop and introduce change management initiatives for new solutions and ways of working. Coordinate training and handover of solutions to end‑user departments (e.g., CRM for the exports department). Analyse existing solutions, recommend improvements or enhancements, and assess suitability of technology platforms. Develop solution design proposals and oversee implementation of new functionality with stakeholders.
