Information Technology Technical Support GP Infotech is a leading software solutions provider specializing in enterprise systems for logistics, warehousing, and pharmaceutical distribution. We are currently rolling out a cutting‑edge Warehouse Management System (WMS) across pharmaceutical warehouses in South Africa and are seeking dynamic , tech‑savvy professionals to join our on‑site support team. Role Overview As an On‑Site Technical Support Representative, you will be the first line of support for our WMS implementation at a pharmaceutical warehouse. You’ll work closely with depot staff and maintain constant communication with our technical team at head office to ensure rapid issue resolution and smooth system operation. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on technical support for the WMS at the assigned pharmaceutical warehouse. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in collaboration with the head office technical team. Document incidents, resolutions, and user feedback with precision. Train warehouse staff on system usage and best practices. Monitor system performance and elevate issues proactively. Maintain clear and continuous communication with GP Infotech’s central support team. Requirements Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Qualification in Project Management, IT, Software, or related field. IT qualified candidates will be given first preference. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Strong documentation and organisational skills. Quick learner with the ability to master new software tools rapidly. Willingness to be stationed on‑site at a pharmaceutical warehouse. Own Transport. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in technical support or software implementation. Familiarity with warehouse or logistics systems. Fluency in additional languages is a plus. Why Join Us?
