Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior IT Support Technician located in Durban. The Junior IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system maintenance, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations. Additional responsibilities include setting up new devices, maintaining networks, managing user account configurations, and assisting with IT-related training for staff.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in IT or related field
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365
  • Drivers license
