Role Overview:

As an On-Site Technical Support Representative, you will be the first line of support for our WMS implementation at a pharmaceutical warehouse. You'll work closely with depot staff and maintain constant communication with our technical team at head office to ensure rapid issue resolution and smooth system operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for the WMS at the assigned pharmaceutical warehouse.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in collaboration with the head office technical team.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and user feedback with precision.
  • Train warehouse staff on system usage and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues proactively.
  • Maintain clear and continuous communication with GP Infotech's central support team.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Qualification in Project Management, IT, Software, or related field. **IT qualified candidates will be given first preference
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documentation and organisational skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to master new software tools rapidly.
  • Willingness to be stationed on-site at a pharmaceutical warehouse.
  • Own Transport

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in technical support or software implementation.
  • Familiarity with warehouse or logistics systems.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
