Assist with scheduling promotional activities, tracking team performance, and facilitating communication between sales and marketing teams. Ensure compliance with brand standards, marketing regulations, and internal reporting protocols. Monitor inventory levels of promotional materials and assist with procurement processes, including vendor communication and order tracking. Handle client and customer inquiries professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and high levels of satisfaction. Support quality assurance by maintaining documentation for campaign performance, customer feedback, and market audits.
