Account Executive Join to apply for the Account Executive role at Scale Army Careers. We are an international staffing agency specializing in marketers and sales reps. This internal position works directly for us and involves talking through hiring strategy with our clients. Responsibilities Attending meetings and engaging clients. Building rapport and charm with potential clients and stakeholders. Getting clients to sign engagement letters. Working closely with the Senior Account Exec, Sales Manager, and CEO to improve processes. Discussing and debating strategies with clients to determine the correct hiring decisions. Requirements Minimum 2 years of marketing experience. Minimum 2 years as an Account Executive / Account Manager. In-depth marketing knowledge: Shopify, HubSpot, Google Ads, e‑commerce, SEO. Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency with Google Sheets and basic formulas. Ability to work in line with US East Coast hours (9 am – 6 pm EST).
