Campaign Analyst

The Campaign Analyst plays a critical role in enabling and optimizing customer engagement campaigns across telephony and digital channels. Responsibilities Identify process improvements (cost savings or efficiency improvements). Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with stakeholders (technical, business, project managers, testing analysts) to recommend business solutions. Maintain expert knowledge on legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide proactive advice. Manage stakeholder activities including campaign loading, issuing MIS and related quality assurance duties. Drive improvement of campaign performance and success metrics such as target market, data quality, offer relevance, customer experience. Track and report on campaigns and initiatives. Facilitate quality delivery across teams by monitoring business requirements. Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements. Implement and improve governance and compliance procedures, identifying risks. Provide accurate business intelligence, analyse trends and data. Provide regular reports on service delivery against SLAs and customer targets. Accumulate information for reporting, decision‑making and improvement opportunities. Provide thought leadership and expertise. Coordinate telephony campaign projects, maintain SharePoint logs and serve as liaison for data and reporting. Configure dialer campaigns, integrate Adobe workflows and conduct end‑to‑end testing. Monitor and analyse digital channel performance metrics and influence outcomes. Drive initiatives to boost digital sales through targeted campaigns and optimisation. Qualifications Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of campaign experience. Proficiency in SharePoint and comfortable managing content. Solid understanding of Adobe and Optimise processes. Ability to analyse complex data sets.
