Responsibilities Become the Marketing Cloud Guru: Architect customer journeys, craft personalized messaging, and unleash the full potential of the platform. Campaign Maestro: Design, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, etc.) that captivate audiences and drive results. Data Whisperer: Unlock the power of data, manage it across Marketing Cloud Studios, understand data flows, and personalize content for maximum impact. Creative Visionary: Develop stunning, mobile-responsive email and SMS templates that elevate the customer experience. Performance Alchemist: Measure and enhance campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis to ensure continuous improvement. Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate seamless marketing campaigns. Qualifications Rockstar Experience: Minimum 5 years in email marketing / digital design with a marketing technology platform. Salesforce Savvy: Enterprise-level experience with Marketing Cloud and a Marketing Cloud email certification. Technical Prowess: Intermediate knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, and SQL. Bonus: CDP data management and journey flow expertise. Additional Skills Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Identify issues and craft innovative solutions. Collaboration & Influence: Champion customer-centric marketing across the organization. Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
